The conflict is with the October 2025 CPU patch 38405729 (FMW THIRD-PARTY BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.4.250909.) The MOS Patch Conflict Checker says something about "UPI 27949240 not found for Platform Generic" but nothing else. I tried applying the latest FMW THIRD-PARTY BUNDLE PATCH (38759265), but that failed with a conflict with patch 38412437.
